Why tokenize? Five questions we hear from every issuer

Every conversation with a new issuer starts in roughly the same place. Is this cheaper? Who will buy it? Can it actually trade? Are regulators comfortable? And why now rather than in five years?
On cost, the honest answer is that the first deal is rarely cheaper. The savings arrive on the second and third, when legal templates, investor onboarding and servicing are already in place.
On investors, the biggest shift we see is ticket size. Products that once required hundreds of thousands in minimum investment can be offered in much smaller units, reaching an entirely new audience.
And on timing: the infrastructure, the legal frameworks and the settlement assets now exist together for the first time. That combination is what moves tokenization from pilot to production.
